Which markets deserve your next language? Not always the ones that rank highest. We built a 40-market model for a diagnostic ultrasound maker.
Of 40 screened markets, 15 earned real investment. 12 got a market page. Only three earned a full first-wave locale: Germany, South Korea and Spain.
Rank and language are different decisions. The US ranked first, but it needs an English market journey, not a translation.
And demand moves. In this model, China's ultrasound imports fell by almost half between 2022 and 2024, while Korea's grew.
Three steps. One: use your own product's demand data. Two: gate your top 15 markets on access, owner and service. Three: fund three locales, and test the rest with market pages.
Fund only the languages you can keep accurate.
